住房

Graduate students in residential programs have several options for housing.

Residence Halls

Cedarville University provides limited on-campus housing for graduate students under 23 years old who are enrolled in traditional (fall/spring) residential programs. Students ages 23 and older may request permission to live in a residence hall, but students over 25 may not live in a residence hall.

Questions regarding temporary, on-campus housing options can be directed to the Residence Life Office. Students in year-round residential programs are expected to secure their own long-term housing options in the surrounding areas.

Residence Hall Costs

Graduate Student 住房

Located on E. Chillicothe St. in the village of Cedarville, Harriman House and South House are about a 10-minute walk from campus. Within each house are nine furnished, single-occupancy bedrooms available to graduate students who 沙巴体育. Harriman House accommodates male students, while South House is available to female students.

校园 联排别墅 are available for graduate students who 沙巴体育 in groups of six students. Applications for 联排别墅 are due March 15.

Townhouse costs

Off-Campus 住房

Students ages 23 and older are automatically allowed to live off campus. Rental units are available within the village of Cedarville and in neighboring cities. 的 links below may help in your search for an off-campus apartment (websites are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cedarville University):

Graduate students who live in the residence halls will choose one of the University’s 餐计划.

Students who live off campus or in a townhouse may purchase a commuter meal plan or purchase flex dollars that can be used at any campus dining option.

的re are several dining options available on campus, each of which is included in the available 餐计划. 餐 can also be purchased with cash, debit, or credit.

  • 的 食堂 located in the Stevens Student Center (SSC) serves cafeteria-style meals. Graduate and undergraduate commuter students benefit from affordable guest pricing of $6 for breakfast and $8 for lunch or dinner.
  • Chick-fil-A and Tossed (salads and pizza) are located next to the Centennial 图书馆.
  • Panda Express is located on the lower level of the Stevens Student Center (SSC).
  • Grab + Go quick dining stations are located in the Center for Biblical and 的ological Studies (BTS) and the Stevens Student Center (SSC).

Summer 住房 and 餐

Graduate students who desire on-campus housing for the summer 2023 eight-week residential term will be housed in either South or Harriman Hall. Cost for the 8-week term is $1,220. Each hall has a kitchen available to students for meals. You may also opt to purchase meals in the 食堂 ($4.50/breakfast, $5.00/lunch, $6.25 /晚餐).
