If you have trouble with either of the processes above, or if you not previously set up alternate contact information for the self-service option, please call 信息技术 to receive a temporary 密码:

It is very important to have a strong 密码 to protect your CedarNet account and your data. CedarNet 密码s guard a variety of information, including financial records and other sensitive personal data.
